S-silly bear. Better say something, she thought.]
Just comes with the territory, is all. I think we can give stretches a rest now though.
Ready for some of that real yoga, bear?
no subject
I completely get it. Phew... Great. I think I'm ready for some real yoga, so what do I do first?

[Berri went to her radio and started fiddling with her phone. She hooked it to the stereo and suddenly a relaxing playlist started up.]
Just needed to set up that calming atmosphere and what not.

You've gotta have the right relaxing mood, for sure.
[He stood with her, eyes on her, waiting for her to tell him what to do with that happy look on his face.]
no subject
Let's see. She had to think positive.]
Get into position, like so-
[This would be easy, she breathed in from her stomach. A long deep breath. Quietly, she exhaled.]
Get into the zone, breathe in and out.

Like this?
[He mirrored her pose, and started to breathe in deep through his nose.]

Good, good.
Now, follow me. We're gonna do something called a "half moon".
Just take those arms and--
[She started moving.]
no subject
Okay... Half moon.
[He raised his arms, watching her move for a moment--and finding himself more than a little mesmerized by her flexibility and figure--before he tried to move in the same manner. His lack of flexibility was obvious, and he lost his balance a couple of times along the way, but he did his best.]

You got this?

[He was trying to convince himself just as much as her.]
Just getting my groove... You make this look really easy.
[As he started to get used to moving like this, the workout came easier to him and his balance was sturdier.]
no subject
Juuuust let me know if it gets too hard but if you're really fine...we can start our next pose.
no subject
I think I can take it... What's next?
[He finally straightened up, stretching his back a bit. Hopefully that would get easier with time.]
no subject
Now...
[She began a series of steps. Would this be easier or harder?]

[He watched for a few moments, then tried to help out. This time he was more stable, focusing hard on keeping himself steady. His motions were slower and more deliberate this time, and it paid off. He wobbled a bit at the beginning, but started to get the hang of it.]
This isn't so bad!
